His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah celebrated his 78th birthday with a series of events across Brunei, including the “Majlis Ramah Mesra Bersama Rakyat” (get-together ceremony) in the Belait District on July 30, 2024. This event allowed the Sultan to meet with citizens and residents, continuing a cherished tradition of close interaction with the people of Brunei.
This year’s celebration, coordinated by the Belait District’s executive administrative committee, saw participation from various organizations, including KMST Brunei. The event was part of a broader national effort to mark the monarch’s birthday, with activities such as Khatam Al-Quran ceremonies, parades, and community gatherings held throughout the country
It was indeed a privilege for KMST to be invited to this momentous occasion.
